Adobe AEP is a powerful CDP. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a messaging powerhouse. But without integration, they’re just silos.

  2. Real-Time Triggers: Edge-based behavioral events in AEP trigger Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), which fires a Custom Action webhook — that pushes to SFMC Journey Builder.
  3. Consent Synchronization: Using AEP’s profile merge policies and SFMC’s contact model, we maintain consistent opt-in/out logic across both.

The result? You can personalize SFMC emails with real-time AEP data, launch campaigns off live behavior, and maintain a clean governance trail.
